MEET THE directors

David Fairbairn

MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over 20 years’ automotive experience, David specialised in business development and overseeing key projects for the likes of Singer and Jaguar Land Rover, including JLR’s globalisation plans. Highlights include working on the Jaguar Lightweight E-Type and C-X75 – his all-time favourite car – while he’s most proud of his ability to build and lead teams in delivering exciting and memorable products. A lover of music and fresh challenges, he’s championing diversity of projects at CALLUM.

Adam Donfrancesco

ENGINEERING DIRECTOR

Adam is a highly skilled design engineer who has worked for the likes of Noble Automotive, Aston Martin and Jaguar Land Rover, developing low volume and bespoke road and race products. He’s most proud of his work on the Noble M600, Aston Martin Vantage GT8 and the GT12 model; though when it comes to favourite cars, he has a soft spot for 911s. The opportunity to create new products excites him and that’s an enthusiasm and passion that he shares with his team.

Ian Callum CBE

DESIGN DIRECTOR

After more than 50 years in the business - 20 of those spent as design director for Jaguar - the occasionally mischievous Scot is enjoying focusing on design projects that excites him, within and beyond the automotive industry. Alongside his trusted friends at CALLUM, he seeks to create designs that stir the imagination. His creations to date are revered: the Aston Martin Vanquish and DB7, Ford Puma and Escort Cosworth, Jaguar F-Type, F-PACE, and I_PACE… to name a few!
